Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under the General Medical Services (GMS) contract and therefore and a fee may be payable. Examples include:

• Medical examination for driving requirements e.g. HGV, PSV etc.
• Private letters
• Completion and signing of forms (which may also require a private medical examination)
• Completion of insurance claim forms
• Private sick notes

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
