A practice nurse is available for consultation every day, by appointment. On arrival for an appointment with the nurse please book in at reception as you would to see a doctor.
The role of the nurse covers many areas from disease management to health promotion for all patients within the practice.
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Our staff will help you make appointments and organise prescriptions. They will also inform patients of test results when a patient calls for results after the doctor has reviewed them. All information is treated in complete confidence. Their job is often very demanding and your patience is greatly appreciated.
